Many people nowadays like to use "peoples" when people is already a plural. It's a typing style. I think it's for those who refuse to grasp the proper nature of english. Just like people who misuse digital cameras to take an absurd amount of pictures of themselves, often displaying them having pig faces, pouting, making what they think is "cute" faces. *grimaces* Yeah, real cute.
the definition of "cute" is for small, innocent beings (i.e puppies, kittens ,bunnies, little kids, etc.) who are defenceless.
